We have some leaks of full specs, images, price and release date of Samsung Galaxy S III Mini.

According to some Scandinavian Retailers and German blog Mobilegeeks, the price for the South Korean Mini‘s price is at just below $550 (or some 3,681 Swedish kronor) and the release date is October 29th, 2012. The price is surely for an unlocked device, which is completely with no contract deals, which means that you can use your phone on any carrier.

But it also means that this Samsung phone turns out to be nothing more than yet another mid-range device. But anyway we have a dual-core 1GHz ST-Ericsson chip (instead of the super fast quad-core Exynos chip)  and a WVGA display. The operating system is Android 4.1 Jelly Bean. The 4.0 inch Super AMOLED display comes with 800 x 480 pixel resolution and 16.67 million colours. The processor is STE U8420 dual-core 1.0GHz. The camera is 5 megapixel with auto focus and LED Flash / VGA front. The RAM is 1 GB. The falsh memory is 16 GB, and there is a MicroSD card slot which enables to upgrade the memory up to 32GB. The mobile standarts are HSPA 900/1900/2100 14.4/5.76, EDGE / GPRS 850/900/1800/1900. The housing is plastic. The phone has 121.55 x 62.95 x 9.85 mm dimensions.

The battery 1,500 mAh, which is quite satisfactory and would enable you to use your phone for hours. There are Bluetooth 4.0, WiFi a / b / g / n 2.4/5GHz, DLNA, NFC (UICC, optional). Alongside the Micro USB port, we have 3.5mm headset jack.

There are white and blue versions of the handset, as we had with the original S III. There will be separate versions with or without NFC connectivity, which is not available for the iPhone 5.

Word about the Samsung Galaxy S III Mini is spreading like wildfire. It was only hours ago when the existence of the smartphone was confirmed, shortly after which its full specs sheet leaked on the web. And now, the Samsung Galaxy S III Mini has been caught on camera in flesh and blood, giving us a better idea as to what the handset actually looks like.

Basically, the Samsung Galaxy S III Mini is a bit like a shrunken down version of the S III, which should come as no surprise. It can also be regarded as a Samsung Galaxy S Duos look-alike. The leaked photo also confirms some of its alleged specs: the dual-core 1GHz processor and the 5-megapixel main camera.
